Limited Warranty

Peter Casey warranties that with proper care and maintenance, your building will maintain it's structural integrity for 10 years. Care should be given to proper selection and application of exterior finish paints and stains.

Doors are not covered under this warranty, and the roof may have a warranty period longer than specified here, depending on the manufacturer of the shingles. I do not use asphalt shingles that carry less than 20 year warranties. Wood shingled roofs may require periodic application of wood preservative to prevent premature failure, but when properly applied, can last sometimes longer than asphalt shingles.

Acts of God, accidents, fire, and/or using shed for target practice are excluded. I give no other guarantee, implied or expressed, oral or written, unless other products which become part of shed carry their own warranty. If other products carry warranty, they are exclusive of labor to repair or replace.
